CAD DESIGNER
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated personnel to join our team. If you are energetic, have strong passion in 2D/3D design, and have a great work ethic, we would like to invite you to join our team.
We are looking for someone to:
- To develop 2D or 3D design for outdoor/indoor playground and fitness area
- To prepare 2D/3D design proposals
- To assist quantity take-off from 2D/3D layout
- To prepare engineering shop drawings
- Preparing design sketches and illustrations is an advantage
He/She must:
- Trained in CAD Drafting methodology or architecture, diploma or degree holder with minimum 2 years work experience
- Good knowledge in 2D/3D software including AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Photoshops.
- Creative and architecturally inclined
- High level of work ethics, values, integrity and trust
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Hardworking
- Ability to work independently
- Good planning, organization, and implementation skills
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years work experience using AutoCAD software
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools
