CAD DESIGNER

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking highly motivated personnel to join our team. If you are energetic, have strong passion in 2D/3D design, and have a great work ethic, we would like to invite you to join our team.

We are looking for someone to:

• To develop 2D or 3D design for outdoor/indoor playground and fitness area
• To prepare 2D/3D design proposals
• To assist quantity take-off from 2D/3D layout
• To prepare engineering shop drawings
• Preparing design sketches and illustrations is an advantage

He/She must:

• Trained in CAD Drafting methodology or architecture, diploma or degree holder with minimum 2 years work experience
• Good knowledge in 2D/3D software including AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Photoshops.
• Creative and architecturally inclined
• High level of work ethics, values, integrity and trust
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Hardworking
• Ability to work independently
• Good planning, organization, and implementation skills

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years work experience using AutoCAD software
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools
