Role Description.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Dubai. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about company products and services. Additionally, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for the management of customer accounts and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representative, Customer Support, Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in dealing with customers and resolving customer complaints
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing would be beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in any field would be preferred.
