Job Description

OPERATIONS: -

Assisting with the management of daily operational activities (Dealership).

- Assisting the dealership business by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.

- Performing administrative tasks, such as making calls to customers/vendors, answering phones, etc.

- Oversee daily business operational activities.

- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.

- Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.

- Observing, reviewing and analysing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvements.

- Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations. - Leads the project management workflow for assigned projects. - Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.

COORDINATION:

- Collaborates with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes.

- Manages operational tasks under the direction of managers.

- Negotiate procurement with contractors and suppliers.

- Coordinate with vendors for arranging supplies and work.

- Coordinate with internal team members (logistics, documentation, sales) to ensure smooth work flow.

- Coordinate with our service team to ensure smooth work flow.

- Coordinate with business partners for meeting the required targets, objectives.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:

- Making calls to customers to explain the business and vehicles details and inviting them for Test Drives.

- Receiving customers in the showroom and resolving their queries.

- Foster good working relationships with vendors and service providers.
