Job Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial data and provide explanations for any variances.

UAE Tax Planning and Compliance:

  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of all tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Advise on tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.

Audit Coordination:

  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
  • Address audit queries and implement recommendations to enhance internal controls.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess financial risks, proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
