Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage end-to-end process for customer orders – incl. export and local customers.
Input and add products on the website.
Respond to customer correspondence via phone, email, and other social media platforms.
General administrative & secretarial work related to the business entity.
Managing all our social media accounts and website.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years prior customer service experience.
Positive customer service attitude.
Effective verbal & written communication skills must be fluent in English.
Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and detail oriented.
