Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end process for customer orders – incl. export and local customers.
  • Input and add products on the website.
  • Respond to customer correspondence via phone, email, and other social media platforms.
  • General administrative & secretarial work related to the business entity.
  • Managing all our social media accounts and website.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years prior customer service experience.
  • Positive customer service attitude.
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and detail oriented.
