A data entry job (must be female) involves entering and updating data into a computer system or database. The primary responsibility is to input information accurately and efficiently, ensuring that it is well-organized and error-free.


  • Data Entry: Input alphanumeric data from source documents into the computer system with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Verification: Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inaccuracies. Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain databases by entering new and updated information.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by performing quality checks on a regular basis.

EDUCATION/TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.


Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques.

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
