Good knowledge about cleaning machineries.(Single disc and High-pressurewash machine) ·
Good knowledge about Carpet shampooing, window cleaning and façade cleaning.
Able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
Able to bend and squat to ground level.
Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders.
Clean and supply designated facility areas. ·
Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, floor scrubbing, high pressure washing, floor polishing and carpet shampooing.
Selection of appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment’s for various surfaces, following corporate standards.
Maintaining good housekeeping practices.
Maintain good professional approach with colleagues and clients.
Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions. · Make adjustments and perform minor repairs.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures and other hard to reach places.
