Job description
- Assisting customers for online purchase of healthcare services telephonically.
- Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and proper follow ups.
- Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customer might have.
- Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls
