Job description

  • Assisting customers for online purchase of healthcare services telephonically.
  • Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and proper follow ups.
  • Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customer might have.
  • Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls
