Property Consultant

Zealway Real Estate is seeking a resourceful, committed, and diligent Property Consultant to support us in realizing our mission.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Commitment to providing excellent, honest, and sincere customer service
• Advising buyers and sellers on current market patterns
• Good at establishing and maintaining business relationships and networking
• Determine the client's wants and financial capacity, then offer solutions that satisfy those needs.
• Sincere, motivated, and well-organized
• Innovative and imaginative with an inventive mind
• Stay current on real estate market patterns, conditions, and values.
• Respect real estate laws and have thorough understanding of finance, mortgages, and related government protocol.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market
• UAE driving license and own car is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication abilities
