Driver

As a Driver at Elite Way Group, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and/or passengers to their destinations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service, reflecting our company's values and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Transport goods, products, or passengers to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.
• Load and unload goods as necessary, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and addressing any concerns professionally.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other transportation-related expenses.
• Adhere to schedules and routes provided by the company.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to the appropriate authorities and company officials.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle class and clean driving record.
• 5+ years of experience as a driver, with a proven track record of safe driving.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes in the area of operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to load and unload goods if required.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
