Job Description


Scheduling transportation service, planning locations, and assigning drivers.

Developing and implementing improved transportation administration policies and procedures.

Processing Material Requests.

Processing Machinery Requests form sites (collecting, evaluating, processing)

Managing Material stock and deliveries. ( Oil and spare parts)

Monitoring drivers and mechanics logbook entries and performing payroll administration.

Managing record of machinery insurance and registration and reporting 30 days in advance.

Creating and maintaining fuel consumption data logs per site.

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer in regards to the transportation department.

Maintaining data analysis of rental and internal hired equipment from sites.

Collecting record of rental vehicles from site administrators and receiving the forms to form the rental agreements.

Creating LPOs for machinery and equipment and sending it to the site.

Collection of timesheets from sites, evaluation of data, checking of documentation and timesheets.

Liaison with Timekeepers and Accounts’ department for timesheets.

Serve as a mediator between transportation manager and drivers, as well as a communicator with other departments in regards to transportation matters.

Preparing schedules and track, report progress with orders.

Complying with transportation regulations and company policies.


- UAE Based and UAE Experience

- Experience in Construction as a Transport Admin

- Basic Computer Skills

- Knowledge of Material Requests, LPO's, Diesel Expenditure Reports

- Basic knowledge of Vehicles and Machinery parts

- Fluent in English, other languages such as Hindi/ Urdu, Arabic & etc. are a plus
