Private Yacht Crew Wanted – Captain & Stewardess (Couple Preferred)
A 120 ft private luxury yacht is seeking a Captain and Stewardess, ideally a couple, to manage yacht operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Captain Requirements:
- Master of 500GT certification
- Proven experience in private yacht operations
- Strong leadership, navigation, and safety skills
- Ability to manage yacht maintenance and coordinate with crew
Stewardess Requirements:
- Experience in luxury hospitality or yachting
- STCW Basic Safety Training certified
- Exceptional service, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, manage provisions, and assist guests
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible for extended periods at sea
- Team-oriented, discreet, and professional
- Physically fit and adaptable to onboard life
