Job Description

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive role that involves strategizing and executing product sales on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring the day-to-day management of online sales operations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with e-commerce partners. It also encompasses overseeing site development, optimizing the customer experience, managing payments, forecasting campaign growth, coordinating promotional campaigns, collaborating with various stakeholders, and staying updated on online trends. The aim is to enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and effectively manage all online activities to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

•Knowledge of E-commerce platform/business key performance indicators.
•Manage the company’s top-tier Marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Noon, SharafDG, etc.
•Initiate the full FBA process by classifying and managing product inventory.
•Special price and Sale offers and Discount codes to create coupon codes.
•Price the products at various marketplace channels and keep checking on different channel policies.
•Creating sales reports and other data-related reports to analyse sales trends, top-performing products and expenses.
•Listing & Optimization products’ features & descriptions on e-marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, etc.
•Clear understanding of E-commerce and/or online retail industry best practices is required.
•Creating A+ content for existing and newly listed products.
•Knowledge and experience in the IT & Consumer electronics products.

Requirements and skills:

•Skills: Account management, Online sales, order fulfilment, inventory management, catalogue management, client handling
•Tools: Working knowledge of CMS, Google Ad Manager, Amazon Ad Manager, Excel.
