  • Utilize office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiently.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation.

Organizational and Coordination Skills:

  • Possess strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Collect user feedback and competitor information to enhance service level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or diagnostic tools industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Good technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex products.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • UAE valid driving license is added advantage.
