Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of our e-commerce website, ensuring its effectiveness as a sales tool and alignment with our brand identity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience, website design, content, and functionality.
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies for e-commerce website.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets for e-commerce website.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the website aligns with overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Manage website content, including product listings, descriptions, images, and blog posts, emphasizing accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Utilize WordPress tools and plugins to optimize website performance, SEO, and user engagement
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics, using data to inform strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, WordPress updates, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ensure website security, regularly update the site, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors for website development and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce website management.
  • Specialist in WooCommerce and WorldPress.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a flair for creativity and innovation.
