We are hiring for an Entreprise Vault Admin for our client based in Dubai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Enterprise Vault environment, including configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Implement data archiving, retention policies, and strategies in line with business and compliance requirements.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security within the vault.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
  • Conduct software upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and other departments to align archiving strategies with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Vault administration or similar archiving solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, storage solutions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Certifications related to Enterprise Vault, data management, or related fields.
