Job Description
  • Obtain customer’s approval.
  • Inspects the damaged vehicle.
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates.
  • Negotiation of repair cost with the insurance.
  • Informs the vehicle status to the customer.
  • Taking photos.
  • Follow up for the LPO’s, open parts.
  • Sending mails, photos and scanning documents to be send to the insurance people.
  • After finishing the estimates, informing the concerned insurance surveyors, for surveying the car.
  • Informing Service Advisors if any problem for the vehicle such as : ( License, police report, some approval from insurance).
  • After receiving LPO’s distribute the service request to the Job Controller and Service Advisors.
  • After finishing the work job, attached LPO’s and send to the concerned Service Advisors.
     

Requirements

  • High School graduated or educational courses related to customer service.
  • 3 years experience in customer service (preferred with any Automotive Agency/Dealer).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional Arabic language is preferred).
  • Smart Appearance
