Estimator

We are a 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida.. We are urgently looking for dynamic Estimator highly motivated & Energetic individual, having passion for bright career and growth to be a part of our growing team.

As an Estimator you will be responsible for preparing BOQ & Estimates of display stands, kiosks, Exhibition stands etc manufactured in our facility using various materials i.e. wood, acrylic, metal. LED lights etc. You must have strong working knowledge of all aspects of production with different materials, painting, electrical, LED lighting etc.

Job Qualifications:

· UAE/GCC working experience as QS/Estimator in Advertising, Signages, Exhibitions or interior fit-out company

· Strong Negotiation and analyzation skills to obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliers

· Good communication skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Attentive to every detail , ability handle pressure to meet deadline

· Knowledge of AUTOCAD is must

· Proficient in MS excel, word etc.

· Can join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Preparing BOQ’s and Estimates from concept sketches
• Working closely with Production team
• Ability to Prepares estimates from proposals, specifications, and
• related documents.
• Compute costs by analyzing Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents
• Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
• Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame
• Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done
• Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of buyers
• Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs

Education and Experience:

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

·At least two year’s experience as an Estimator in Interior Fit out Company / production company of similar nature.
