KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Quantity take off

· Estimation and BOQ preparation

· Preparing documents for tender submission

· Preparing documents for inquires to subcontractors

· Material inquiry

· Specifications and price comparison

· BOQ price and scope of works verification

· Preparation, negotiation and follow up on variations

· Software capabilities AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera and others as needed

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
  • Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Sound knowledge of construction.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
  • Great networking abilities
