Estimator Data Entry

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator- Data Entry at Al Huzaifa Furniture in Sharjah. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately recording and keeping track of the project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiating and preparing contracts, and collaborating with clients, vendors and project teams. This role is essential in administrative responsibilities, including tracking project costs, analyzing data, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project Management software
• Experience in cost estimating, contract negotiation, and project/client management
• A degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a MUST
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
