Job Description

Role includes:
- Providing executive support/assistance, working closely & effectively with the Vice president.
- Overseeing general office operations.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings, managing calendars and schedules.
- Preparing presentations and management reports.
- Primary point of contact for internal team and external people on all matters pertaining to the Managing Director.
- Proactively follows through on projects and departments for updates and for smooth operations.
