Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, handling sensitive and complex tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in HR-related tasks, including coordination of staff meetings and maintaining employee records.
Oversee accounting duties, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Liaise with team members across departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely project execution.
Handle personal errands and tasks as needed to support the CEO's efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary, preferably with CEOs of multi-company enterprises.
Strong proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fast learner, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and diverse tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
