Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, handling sensitive and complex tasks with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, including coordination of staff meetings and maintaining employee records.
  • Oversee accounting duties, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Liaise with team members across departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely project execution.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as needed to support the CEO's efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary, preferably with CEOs of multi-company enterprises.
  • Strong proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and diverse tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
