Role & Responsibilities

  • Preforms clerical and administrative tasks such as drafting letters, memos, reports, invoices..etc for Director Office
  • Provides High-level administrative support and assistance to the Director
  • Maintaining Director’s agenda and coordinate appointments, board meetings, conferences.. etc
  • Handling Director’s requests and keeping it confidential
  • Excellent and experienced in drafting professional and formal letters in both (Arabic/English) language

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Business Administration / law / public relations / translation or any major in this field
  • 4- 5 years of experience in a similar role in working with Higher Management.
  • Excellent in both English / Arabic
