We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Executive Secretary to the CEO to play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO's office. The ideal candidate should be a young and dynamic female professional with prior experience in a similar capacity, possessing excellent communication, presentation, and email writing skills. This is an immediate hire opportunity for an individual with a good flair for sales, adept at follow-ups, and capable of efficiently managing schedules and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Correspondence: Manage and filter CEO's emails, responding or redirecting as necessary.
Draft and prepare official letters, reports, and other documents with a keen eye for detail.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communication.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support.
Assist in creating compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Conduct follow-ups on potential leads and client interactions, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales support.

Meeting and Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and create action items for follow-up.
Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with necessary documentation.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO, including travel arrangements and logistical coordination.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support sales activities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Open to travel

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
