Fashion Photographer

Our partner is a leading creative agency specializing in fashion photography, seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Photographer to join the team. This unique opportunity involves capturing the beauty of fashion amidst the breathtaking backdrop of desert landscapes. As a Fashion Photographer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning content that merges the worlds of high-end fashion and the serene desert environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with creative directors, stylists, and models to conceptualize and execute fashion photography projects against the striking desert scenery.
• Plan and organize shoots, considering lighting, weather conditions, and logistical arrangements.
• Shoot photographs in line with creative briefs directed by the Founder
• Use your artistic flair to select clothing, accessories, and props that harmonize with the desert landscape, ensuring an integrated visual experience.
• Direct and guide models to achieve the desired poses, expressions, and emotions that align with the creative vision of each project.
• Familiarity with short video editing using a phone app.
• Utilize a range of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting gear, to produce high-quality, impactful images.
• Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to ensure images meet artistic and technical standards.
• Stay abreast of fashion and photography trends, drawing inspiration from both industries to continually evolve and elevate the creative output.
• Contribute to pre-production tasks such as location scouting, mood board creation, and project planning to guarantee the successful execution of each shoot.
• Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring its functionality and cleanliness throughout the shoot.
• Collaborate with post-production teams to maintain a consistent visual style across all projects and deliver the final product within specified deadlines.
• Adapt to unexpected challenges that may arise during outdoor shoots, displaying problem-solving skills and maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Proven 2-year experience as a Fashion Photographer, ideally with a portfolio showcasing work in diverse environments.
• Holding a driving license for more than 2 years and having a car
• Proficiency in using industry-standard photography equipment, software, and editing tools.
• A keen eye for composition, detail, and the ability to capture the essence of fashion within unique natural settings.
• Skills driving off-road (sand surface) is a PLUS.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, particularly in outdoor environments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with creative teams, models, and clients.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and occasionally challenging outdoor environment.
• Video shooting and editing is a PLUS.
• A passion for fashion, creativity, and a strong appreciation for the interplay between fashion and nature.
