Job Summary:

Provide analytics and automation support to maintain current reports and create new reports as per Business requirement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Contribute to consolidation and automation function to deliver FP&A department requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics:
  • Provide analytics support to maintain current reports and create new reports as per Business requirement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Establish and utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Automation:
  • Contribute to consolidation and automation function to deliver FP&A department requirements.

Education and Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree Tech (IT/ Computer Science), Finance, Commerce, Business or equivalent. MBA preferred but not essential
  • BI/MS Excel automation reporting certification preferred but not essential
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred but not essential

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.) Advanced excel with financial modelling background
  • Knowledge of Excel VBA scripting and Macros
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Tableau/QlikView)
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Exposure to Finance function activities and Basic Understanding of Financial Statements like (Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets)

Experience

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
