About Us: Proof Max Building Contracting is a leading construction company based in Dubai, specializing in refurbishment and roof waterproofing projects. We are committed to delivering high-quality services while maintaining financial stability and growth. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Part-Time Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, manage cash flow, and support our long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently to enhance our financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate funds are available for operational needs.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Assist in managing relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
