Required to join immediately, Financial Auditor & Accountant for Jewellery Trading Company in Dubai, UAE
. Good knowledge management for Odoo ERP systems is necessary.
. Responsible for accounting analyses of organization to assist with audit planning, error identification, and regulatory compliance also determine whether aspects of businesses are properly valued and accounted for in business documents.
. Verifies figures, documents, and account details for auditing, such as cash flow data, income statements, and tax returns.
. Provides financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
. Researches financial documents in preparation for the auditing process.
. Plans financial audits from start to finish and making strategies and plans for Finical department with cooperation with all other departments.
. Assists stakeholders in determining figures, valuations, and projections.
· Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
· Contract outside services for banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
· Track the company's financial status and performance and present monthly report for management to identify areas for potential improvement.
· Review financial data and prepare annual report of the company.
· Prepare a presentation every month included (but not limited to): loss and profit, sales target, and invoices.
· Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
· Maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
· Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
· Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
· Audit all the invoices coming from all the departments.
· Monitor diamond stock and gold dust and maintain an inventory of raw materials.
· Provide management with support on any projects that arises based on the business needs.
