Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to the team.
Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients, keeping them informed of project developments.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
Prepare and submit progress reports, project documentation, and status updates.
Coordinate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for fit-out works.
Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural, and Interior.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer in the UAE, specifically in fit-out projects.
In-depth knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and industry standards.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Ability to effectively coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
English/Hindi speaking is must.
