JOB DESCRIPTION: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Position: Forex Client Relationship Executive

Location: Dubai

Department: Client Relationship

Reports to: Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for reaching the clients and managing client financial accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves understanding client needs, providing personalized service, and acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

2. Account Management:

  • Manage client accounts, including account opening, funding, and troubleshooting any account-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze client trading activity to provide insights and advice that enhance their trading experience.

3. Sales and Retention:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Implement retention strategies to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Education and Support:

  • Educate clients on the company's trading platforms, products, and services.
  • Provide clients with market insights, analysis, and updates to support their trading decisions.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and report any potential risk issues related to client trading activity.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, and compliance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other activities to enhance team performance.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably in Forex and CFDs is must.
  • Strong understanding of Forex and CFDs markets and trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Languages: Any one proficient in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic is a plus.
