Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates for our clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
- Job Postings: Draft and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation process between candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and key metrics to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS systems.
- Ability to source candidates using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with various industries and job functions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for specific industries such as IT, healthcare, transportation, etc.
- Proficiency in using recruitment analytics and metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
