Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Receptionist with knowledge in accounting to handle front desk responsibilities and support our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, possess at least 5 years of experience in the medical field, and be ready to contribute to our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize accounting knowledge to assist with financial transactions and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical field.
  • Proficient in both receptionist duties and basic accounting processes.
  • Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
