Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and hardworking female having prior experience as a receptionist in a reputable organization who can speak English and Arabic fluently. The ideal candidate must have the following skills and qualification.

Requirements:

  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Prior Experience as Receptionist and telesales is a plus
  • Experience in Banks/Telecommunication is a plus
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
