1.Greeting and welcoming patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic

2.Direct patients to the appointed doctor

3.Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

4.Confirmation of appointments and follow ups.

5.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and questionnaires)
