  • Assist with arranging transportation, reservations, and special requests as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of room availability and reservations.
  • Assist guests with modifying or cancelling reservations based on policies and availability.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Keep fellow team members informed about special requests and VIP arrivals.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling and credit card processing procedures.
  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy front desk area.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage guest mail and packages, forwarding them as necessary.
