We are seeking a experienced, dynamic and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Managing appointments, reservations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Handling billing and payments accurately.
  • Providing information about our Ayurvedic treatments and services.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years' experience in a customer service or front office role in healthcare or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A welcoming and friendly personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Ayurveda is a plus
