Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving client complaints.
In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Capable of multitasking effectively.
Good physical condition and strength, with a willingness to work overtime when required.
Requirements:
Certification in HVAC, building maintenance technology, electrician, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, or lead a team as needed.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Strong communication skills.
