We are currently looking for a technically competent & performance-driven Workshop Supervisor for our workshop for an Equipment Rental company.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the operation of vehicle/equipment maintenance and repair & Monitoring the mechanics, electricians, and other workshop staff.
- Managing the Fleet Management System and submitting regular maintenance reports including, calls, breakdowns, accidents, performance, etc.
- Prepares cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
- Directing a quantity and quality control program to maintain satisfactory levels of the workplace.
- Preparing a preliminary maintenance reports.
- Deal with spare parts suppliers for purchasing the parts with cheapest cost and good quality.
- Supervising Garage/workshop coordination. Typical tasks include; keeps inventory of parts supplies; requisitions parts and supplies needed; coordinates the flow of vehicles awaiting maintenance or repairs; provides direct guidance to lower level auto mechanics that may assist with major repair work Performing any other job related duties as assigned from time to time
- Knowledge about the All Heavy Equipment, Heavy Vehicle and Light vehicles
- Knowledge about spare parts.
- Holding Valid UAE Driving License.
- Knowledge about working in computer and Microsoft office.
- Should be a strong personality.
