We Are Hiring – Group Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Finance Manager to join our leadership team at BinHendi Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial planning, reporting, and strategic financial management across multiple entities within a group structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the group’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Implement and monitor internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Drive process improvements and financial efficiency across the group.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the Chairman.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly preferred.
Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a group company structure.
Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance.
Proven expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
