Our company is looking for an Outbound Holiday Manager preferably with below details:

Responsibilities:

  • Research various destinations and means of travel OUTSIDE UAE.
  • Diagnose client’s specifications; wishes and suggest suitable travel packages
  • Organize travels from beginning to end through booking tickets and Hotel accommodation, tours, transfer, etc. OUTSIDE UAE (ex. Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Europe, etc.)
  • Prepare promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages.

Requirements:

  • Working experience as a Holiday Manager with at least 3-5 years in Tourism Company.
  • Excellent knowledge in creating quotation, travel itineraries and package costing.
  • Knowledgeable in handling customers inquiries and complaint
  • Prompt reply to the email inquiries from B2B and B2C client
  • Must know how to handle hotels, excursions & tours packages OUTSIDE UAE especially Group Packages.

Key skills for tour operators:

  • A demonstrable interest in travel
  • Knowledge of key holiday destinations is IMPORTANT
  • Foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Typing Speed skills
  • Good time management skills
