Apt Resources, a leading hospitality recruitment company, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with European experience to join the team of one their UHNWF clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of their luxury homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in housekeeping and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures
  • Inspect the family home and all areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
  • Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Handle guest complaints and assist in resolving any housekeeping-related issues
  • Create and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum of [3] years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or UHNWF setting
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role
  • European experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of housekeeping software systems
  • Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
