  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management

Customer Service Job Description

  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their Services
  • Letting customers know about additional services that might benefit them
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
  • Resolving common issues with services
  • Working with a team other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems

Requirement

Minimum 2+ Year of Experience

Fluent in English

Bachelors Degree in relevant segment (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR or customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English & Hindi/Urdu (Preferred)
