Responsibilities:

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

HR Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
Work closely with senior management to plan and implement HR initiatives that drive performance and results.

Culture and Employee Engagement:Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee growth.
Implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement.

Recruitment and Onboarding:Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring top talent.
Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees.

Payroll and Attendance Management:Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain attendance records and address related issues.

Employee Relations:Handle employee grievances and conflicts with professionalism and fairness.
Promote open communication channels within the organization.

Legal Compliance:Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labor Law and government regulations.
Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments.

Retention and Talent Development:Develop retention strategies to retain top talent.
Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.

Performance Management:Implement performance appraisal systems and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure HR-related results.

An ideal candidate should have the below qualifications,

• 5+ years of experience as HR Manager in UAE ( preferably IT companies)
• Thorough knowledge on UAE Labor Law and all government procedures
• Thorough knowledge in Payroll Management, Attendance Management, and Employee Relations.
• Responsible and committed individual
• 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager in the UAE, preferably within IT companies.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and familiarity with all government procedures related to HR.
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to nurturing a positive workplace environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling employee grievances and fostering healthy employee relations.
• Prior experience working in the IT sector is an advantage.
• Should have experience in handling employees and their grievances.
• Experience in working with IT Sector is an advantage.
