Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve company goals. They will identify new business opportunities, Meet businesses, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue. Candidate might need to create content for our Social Media as well if asked.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales in a Marketing agency
• Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
