To support the management on Talent Management related tasks such as providing assistance on Training & Development activities, HR Services to employees that includes provide assistance on Training & Development, E-learning, Employee engagement and Talent retention, and other employee related services to enable them to provide effective and efficient services to employees and management.
Support the Line Manager to provide efficient and effective HR administrative and back office services to employees on Talent management and any other project based tasks as and when assigned.
Provide relevant services to support HR Department in all matters related to Training & Development, E-learning, Employee engagement and Talent retention, and HR policies & process; suggest improvements wherever applicable.
Work with Legal and Management on revision of employee policies and procedures and manual as applicable.
Work with Head of HR to amend/ update the Organizational structure on a regular basis.
Bachelors in Human Resources.
Previous experience working as Talent Management Specialist.
Previous experience working as a Learning and Development Specialist.
