We're currently looking for **HR GENERALIST** to join our real estate company.

Job Summary:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing the human resources functions within our organization, ensuring compliance with UAE's rules and regulations. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and advertise vacancies in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Resolve employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary issues in accordance with UAE's regulations.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment and foster employee engagement.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide training and support to managers on effective performance management techniques.
  • Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate interventions.
  • Administer and review the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with UAE's regulations.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for competitive and fair compensation packages.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on topics such as compliance, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities, such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE's labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
