Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the efficient and secure functioning of all IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management:Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.
- IT Infrastructure Management:Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of all IT resources.
- Policy and Procedure Development:Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Establish and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation:Manage the IT budget, including forecasting, procurement, and cost optimization efforts.
Allocate resources effectively to meet business needs while maintaining financial discipline.
- Vendor Management:Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
Ensure vendor performance meets established service level agreements.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:Develop and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan to minimize downtime and data loss in case of emergencies.
- Technical Support and Helpdesk Management:Oversee the IT support function, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for end-users.
Monitor helpdesk performance and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Android and Web Development .
- Proven experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications or specialized training relevant to the role will be advantage
