Job Description:
. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the hardware technology sector like PBX, CCTV, Data Networking and switching, Structure Cabling, VC, IT service like AMC etc.
· Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
· Promote and sell hardware products to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation.
· Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring client satisfaction by creating a solution proposal.
· Regularly submit sales reports and forecasts.
· Responsible for the UAE sales and business development.
· Closely work with Client and our Team on full business cycle from hunting to sales and collection, to achieve company revenue target.
· Identifying highly potential business opportunities and pitch IT Services business accordingly.
· Develop detailed account level plans so as to provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
· Able to bring business from 10 New Logos, also new business from existing customers as well.
· Leading multi-disciplinary teams in developing complex solutions for specific client opportunities and in developing client deliverables such as a request for information (RFI), request for proposal response (RFP), and statements of work (SOWs), and client proposals/ presentations.
· Monthly, weekly and quarterly reporting on all sales activities like leads, sales, collection
Desired Candidate Profile
· Passionate on sales profession
· Experience in enterprise IT Services sales.
· Excellent in listening, negotiation, presentation and sales-closing skills
· Goal oriented, dynamic to achieve the sales target and closing business deals.
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
· Strong verbal and written communication skill
