We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales and a proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals in the IT industry. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreements, IT Infrastructure, Email and Collaboration solutions, and IT Security product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the target market, including small, medium, and enterprise-level clients.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to understand clients' IT requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and technical experts, to develop tailored IT solutions and proposals that address clients' specific needs and objectives.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Email and Collaboration solutions, IT Security product lines, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and business value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
