Job Description:
1. Answer phone calls and redirect them to IT Manager when necessary.
2. coordinate all IT service request from Branches and assign them to IT member.
3. follow up on IT service request received and make sure they are resolved in time manor.
4. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
5. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms related to IT Department.
6. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
7. Develop and maintain IT Department filing system
8. Check frequently the levels of IT Department supplies and place appropriate orders
9. Document expenses and hand in reports
10. Undertake occasional receptionist duties
